Recently, the internationally renowned certification body SGS officially awarded Dalian Talent Group the GB/T 35770/ISO 37301 Compliance Management System certification. As a century-old certification body, SGS represents globally recognized standards of quality and integrity. Obtaining SGS's recognition signifies that Talent Group's compliance management has reached international standards. This milestone achievement of obtaining the SGS Compliance Management System certification not only highlights Talent Group's excellent practices in the field of compliance management but also marks a solid step forward in the group's globalization process, setting a new benchmark for the global fragrance industry. From its inception to becoming a leader, Dalian Talent Group has always regarded compliance as the cornerstone of its development. When the concept of "compliance" was not yet widely prevalent, Talent Group proactively initiated the construction of a compliance management system. Compliance management has always been an important component supporting the group's development strategies at various stages.

In 2003, the second year after China's accession to the WTO, Talent Group officially transitioned from a period of industrial strategy development to a period of industrialization strategy development. The company successively obtained a series of system certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 28000, and issued a new version of its compliance management content, the "DTC Quality/Environment/Occupational Health and Safety Management Manual." With the construction of production bases in China, Thailand, and Poland, as well as the establishment of brand marketing centers and R&D centers in Germany, France, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries, Talent Group, in its globalization process, also opened up a new situation for the construction of its compliance management system.

In 2017, Talent Group entered a period of brand strategic development, founding a series of global fragrance brands such as Aroma Naturals. Talent Group also elevated its compliance management system to a higher level, embedding compliance management into the entire organizational system based on the compliant management of its three global manufacturing bases, leaving a deep imprint on the corporate culture and values.

Currently, ISO 37301 is globally recognized as the highest standard for enterprise compliance management systems. As a Type A management system standard, ISO 37301, published and implemented by the International Organization for Standardization, not only provides a scientific basis for the construction of enterprise compliance management systems and guides their operational implementation but also offers opportunities and pathways for enterprises to obtain widespread global recognition through authoritative third-party certification for their compliance management. For export-oriented enterprises, the significance of this global recognition lies not only in safeguarding sustainable development, minimizing the risk of violations and corresponding costs and reputational losses but also in enhancing third-party confidence in the organization's ability to achieve continued success.
